酒店的位置靠近城堡打車過去十分鐘就到了酒店是那種前蘇聯的裝修風格，出門在外乾淨衞生。早餐很豐富，也有當地特色的美食，出門打車坐公交都行。

酒店給的是新近裝修的房間，乾淨整潔，還有個長沙發。夫人生日當天，酒店贈送了一瓶紅酒和慰問，瞬間感到溫暖和幸福。房價實惠，早餐豐盛，坐車基本20分鐘左右可到各景點，出門右轉電車站200米，車站上有個機器可以買各種車票，酒店內也有賣車票的機器，但衹能使用分幣，現在布拉格有軌電車上基本都安裝了賣票機（也可買各種日票），可用銀行卡。自駕遊的更推薦該酒店，停車場每日停車費12歐。

The good things: service, excellent breakfast and good service in the restaurant. Bad things: poor room with low light in the room. Also, cleaning is not good and the bad are not clean and can demage your skin.Minibar not located in the right side, placement for clothing fit for 2 meter height and above which not make any sense. Gym is not included and not belong to the hotel which requires additional payment.

Für einen Kurz訂房網站 war das Hotel ganz gut gewesen, es liegt ziemlich zentral, paar Meter vor dem Hotel gibt es die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel, womit man sehr praktisch in die Stadt kommt. Das Problem bei der Anreise war dass der Privatparkplatz leider voll war und wir uns nach einem anderen Parkplatz umschauen mussten. Das Frühstück ist sehr umfangreich, sehr viel steht zur Auswahl. Die Zimmer sind gut allerdings war es richtig blöd, dass es wie überall versprochen, im Zimmer kein Internet gab. Im großen und ganzen haben wir eine angenehme Zeit verbracht.

Car parking & receptionist! We were really tired that day and Then we realised receptionist charged us city tax twice ! Receptionist has no knowledge of booking! We contacted 訂房網站.com customer service and sent them proof but they haven’t reply yet!  Car parking men were really aggressive he was shouting and looks like has enough that day!

酒店非常的破舊，地段離主要景點也需要打車。最差的是服務管理非常的混亂，要求要雙床房衹準備了大床房（並説要求沒有收到我在 訂房網站 上寫的要求）。最扯的是空調壞了讓我一整晚睡不了，晚上太晚沒人管，第二天也修不好讓我們換房間，必須下午三點才能還。這就算了，我先出去玩，晚上回來之後竟然又分配了我們一個大床房而不是雙床房！！！明明我走之前還強調過。中間還穿插了一度説我們衹預訂了一個晚上酒店的混亂的交流！所以，千萬不要預訂這家酒店，太可怕了，又舊又破又混亂

酒店入口有兩道門，重，且無人幫忙開門，行李多的時候很不方便，不如自動感應開門；房間無歡迎飲用水，不如其他酒店；房間臨近馬路，隔音差。

The room is really nice. The location is perfect, very close to a tram station. All the staff are nice and lovely except one lady at the Armstrong bar. She made a comment about me drinking so slow. It was unnecessary and no one cares about her opinion. The negative side is I can hear the music coming from the Symponia restaurant to my room which was day and night. It was very loud I have to use a white noise from my phone so I can sleep.
